Cancellation & Refund Policy

Communication is the KEY to a healthy, human, and authentic relationship between you and our artists.

Unless otherwise noted within the language on the product page or within the language in the order email, the following outlines our policy regarding cancellations and refunds:

  • As a rule, cancelled bookings will not be issued refunds.
  • Exceptions may be considered and arranged at the discretion of the artist in cases of unforeseen illness, accident, or emergency.
  • If the customer does not communicate the cancellation in advance, no exception will be offered.
  • Reasonable requests to reschedule bookings should be directed to and negotiated with the artist, and must be made at least 72 hours prior to the start date and time. Artists will consider and/or grant these requests at their own discretion.
  • In the event of an artist’s absence due to unforeseen illness, accident, or emergency, the artist has the right to reschedule a booking in a timely and agreeable fashion.
  • Expired bookings are not eligible for rescheduling.
  • Any refunds will not include transaction fees incurred by Buffalo Music Club, LLC as part of the online sale.

Additional Notes

  • Buffalo Music Club, LLC will not issue refunds for any purchases made through other entities, such as distributors, retail partners, or other third-party sellers.
  • We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please allow 1–2 weeks for any refunds to be processed.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Unless otherwise noted within the language on the product page or within the language in the order email, the following outlines our policy regarding cancellations and refunds:

  • All cancellation requests should be directed to the artist involved the booking in question. Each artist’s email addresses are publicly displayed throughout their artist profile, as well as on their products.
  • All bookings that are cancelled at least one (1) week prior to the scheduled start date and time will receive a full refund for the value of that booking.
  • All bookings that are cancelled less than one (1) week and at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start date and time will receive a 50% refund for the value of that booking.
  • Bookings that are cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled start date and time are not eligible for a refund.
  • Expired bookings are not eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds will not include any transaction fees incurred by Buffalo Music Club, LLC as part of the online sale.

Rescheduling

If you would like to reschedule a booking instead, a request can be submitted to the artist. Each artist will do their best to accommodate reasonable requests based on their availability. If they are unable to reschedule per your request, the refund rules above will apply. Please note that expired bookings are NOT eligible for rescheduling.
