Learn music with an award-winning pro piano & keyboards player (Organ Fairchild) and singer/songwriter.
Having played in various bands based in Buffalo, NY area since 1981 (with considerable time in cover bands), I tend to keep my setup true to the sounds of the era being played. When I play Grateful Dead/Allmans/Little Feat style material, I stick to a piano and organ-centered operation. My current project, Organ Fairchild, is a an organ trio in which I play the bass parts using either a MiniMoog or a MIDI setup with an organ and other keyboards.
If you are interested in rock, boogie, New Orleans, or other styles of piano, that’s my swerve. If you’re trying to figure out a cover song, I can definitely help with that. If you’re looking for help creating parts for songs you are writing, I can certainly help with that, too. No matter what you’re trying to accomplish, I can help you work on technique, music theory, practice routines, repertoire, and areas to focus on to get you to where YOU want to be.
